The Department of Dermatology at Farooq Medical College provides comprehensive education on skin, hair, and nail conditions. Students explore the fundamentals of dermatological anatomy and pathology before moving on to practical training in diagnosing and managing common skin disorders like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and fungal infections. Advanced exposure includes cosmetic dermatology, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, and the identification of cutaneous manifestations of systemic diseases. The department also promotes integration with internal medicine and infectious disease management
